WHITEHEAD: Steven Lenard- A gentle giant has left this earth. Unexpectedly on Monday, October 30, 2017 in his 50th year. He is survived by his parents Lenard (Barney) and Gloria Whitehead. Loving husband of Shelly (Moule). Devoted father to Cooper. Dear brother to Stan. Grandson of Remi (Madeline) Verveke and the late Gord (Sadie) Whitehead. Dear son in law to Ken and Grace Moule. Remembered by his brother and sister -in-laws Mark (Holly) Moule and also survived by his niece Maggie, nephew Luke along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Steve was a loving and kind soul who enjoyed helping people and his community. His passions were Halloween and cooking and in his younger years his motorcycle. Steve’s greatest joy was his son Cooper. A Celebration of Life will be held On Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Branch # 79 of the Royal Canadian Legion, 200 West Street, Simcoe from 2 till 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family are asking that those who are able to bring a non-perishable food item to the Celebration of Life so that it can be donated to the Simcoe Caring Cupboard in Steve’s memory.     No words can express my pain for you all. I have a void in my soul which will remain empty for life. May you all, in time, feel comfort in knowing Steve is with those who we Love that have departed this Earth.I will cherish the memories I have. Love and Peace to you all.

    Gloria and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Steven’s passing. I remember you talking about your boys at work and how close you all were. Steven will watch over all of you. Sincerely; Terry .

    My sincere sympathy to all of you in the loss of Steven. I had a nice conversation with him a few months ago and have good memories of him as a five-year-old in my Kindergarten class.
