WHITEHEAD: Steven Lenard- A gentle giant has left this earth. Unexpectedly on Monday, October 30, 2017 in his 50th year. He is survived by his parents Lenard (Barney) and Gloria Whitehead. Loving husband of Shelly (Moule). Devoted father to Cooper. Dear brother to Stan. Grandson of Remi (Madeline) Verveke and the late Gord (Sadie) Whitehead. Dear son in law to Ken and Grace Moule. Remembered by his brother and sister -in-laws Mark (Holly) Moule and also survived by his niece Maggie, nephew Luke along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Steve was a loving and kind soul who enjoyed helping people and his community. His passions were Halloween and cooking and in his younger years his motorcycle. Steve’s greatest joy was his son Cooper. A Celebration of Life will be held On Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Branch # 79 of the Royal Canadian Legion, 200 West Street, Simcoe from 2 till 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family are asking that those who are able to bring a non-perishable food item to the Celebration of Life so that it can be donated to the Simcoe Caring Cupboard in Steve’s memory.
